[Warrior]

Poison Swipe - Swordsmanship - 10 Energy - 3 sec recharge

Target foe takes +3-10 damage and is poisoned for 1-5 seconds.

Signet of Swordsmanship {E} - Unnlinked - 2 sec cast - 45 second recharge

For 15 seconds, your Swordsmanship attributes are increased by 3 and all others are redused by 1.

[Monk]

Cover {E} - Divine Favor - 15 Energy - 2 second cast - 30 second recharge

For 10 seconds, all damage done to target ally is redirected to you, and you take 50%-20% extra damage. Once Cover ends, you are fully healed.

[Elementalist]

Aura of Elements {E} - Energy Storage - 25 Energy - 1 second cast - 30 second recharge

For 10-25 seconds, you gain 1-3 energy regeneration and all elemental damage dealt to you is blocked. Instead, you lose 5-1 energy for each attack blocked.

Recharging Signet - Unnlinked - 1 second cast - 25 second recharge

For 10 seconds, you gain 2 energy regeneration.

[Necromancer]

Undying Demise - Death Magic - 2 second cast - 10 second recharge

Undying Demise deals 30-80 cold damage to target foe and 20-50 cold damage to all nearby foes.

Conjure Shadow {E} - Death Magic - 5 second cast - 15 second recharge

Creates a level 5-20 duplicate shadow of yourself from nearby corpse. This shadow suffers from 3 health degeneration and takes 30%-10% extra damage and has your skills.

[Mesmer]

Signet of Domination - Domination Magic - 30 second recharge

Signet of Domination deals 10-35 damage to target foe for each point in Domination Magic. Extra points added by runes and weapon upgrades are ignored.

Signet of Illusions - Illusion Magic - 30 second recharge

Signet of Illusion deals 5-15 damage and 3 health degeneration for 1-5 seconds for each point in Illusion Magic. Extra points added by runes and weapon upgrades are ignored.

Signet of Inspiration - Inspiration Magic - 30 second recharge

Signet of Inspiration heals you for 20-80 health for each point in Inspiration Magic. Extra points added by runes and weapon upgrades are ignored.

[Ranger]

Feared Shot {E} - Marksmanship - 5 Energy - 15 second recharge

Feared Shot does +3-10 damage and causes Weakness for 2-6 seconds. Once Feared Shot ends, target foe suffers from a Deep Wound.

(And because beasts are sooo pointless)

Melandru's Wrath {E} - Beast Mastery - 20 Energy - 45 second recharge

For 20-30 seconds, all beasts you control get 3-5 health regeneration, +20-150 health, +20-50 armor, deals +10-35 extra damage, 20%-50% chance to block all damage and attack 20%-45% faster. After Melandru's Wrath ends, all beasts you conrol die and cannot be ressurected.

Wow, more unbalanced skills! A second copy of myself that can be kept alive with a mending! An absurdly powerful direct damage spell (because obviously mesmers need direct damage) for mesmers! A spell that allows a pet to be more effective than a warrior! A signet that for no investment in anything gives 2 pips of regeneration! An invulnerability suit for elementalists!

Quick, make up more!

Funny thing is that the few good ideas are buried in such a huge pile of garbage that they'll never be seen. GJ!

Plague - 15 Energy - 3 second cast - 10 second recharge

Target foe suffers from Poison for 1-5 seconds. Once Plague ends, all adjacent foes suffer from Poison for 1-5 seconds.

i miss wrote it (boss came up behind me) I mean shout...next attack,if it hits, will blind enemy. i just wanted to shout something too ...it is better than the original name "Ice cream scoop of blinding swipe"
